To whomever responds,
I am trying to install a seymour duncan p90 soapbar antiquity pick up in the neck position. I have standard tele wiring (1 volume, 1 tone (w/ a .047 cap), and a 3 way switch). I am having a difficult time finding a diagram that demonstrates this sort of installation. Any feedback is much appreciated!!!! Thank you!

wire it the same way as a normal Tele neck pu... a direct swap...
hot wire to switch and earth wires to a pot back....
a P90 is a single coil.. has your PU 2 wires or 3 ?...

there is two cables that initially come out of the pickup but there is one wire that i would be connecting to the controls. do i just connect that one wire to the volume pot?

To the pickup selector switch and the braided wire cover to the back of a pot to ground.

It looks like the pickup has push-back shielded wire, check StewMac (http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Electronics,_pickups/Pickup_parts/Pushback_Shielded.html) for a better look. I hope it helps.
Good luck with the guitar!!
