Binding query

Some time in the future I plan to build a double bound tele.Do the body edges need to be a sharp 90 degrees before starting,or can a good result still be attained if the edges have a slight radius,say about 0.25"?

1/4" radius will probably be too much. Figure out the thickness of what your double-binding will be. The edge radius has to be smaller than that. They don't necessarily have to be perfectly square, but the square-er the better-er.
