Pedalboard addition recommendation for ambient-ish pop-rock

I'm going pedal shopping tomorrow. Nothing particular in mind, I just have some extra cash and haven't gotten any new pedals lately.

I really like my current setup, my Am STD tele into a Blackstar HT100 complimented by a Boss tuner and EQ, MXR chorus, EHX Freeze, Visual Sound dual tap delay, Crybaby, and looper.

I play stuff in the vein of this

<object width="560" height="315"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/eMERH-1cGxE?version=3&amp;hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/eMERH-1cGxE?version=3&amp;hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="560" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>

I'm just looking for some recommendations for a nice addition. The only thing I don't want is a noise suppressor. I've tried out many and have hated them all.

I'm thinking maybe on OD. An OCD?

If you're thinking OCD then check the fulltone plimsoul for more versatility.

I've seen others suggest that as well. I'll put it on the list.

Maybe a modulation pedal; phase or flange. A POG2 would give you a lot of options too.

Keely compressor.....

I've tried out a few compressors. I like them when I'm in a lead section, but when I start strumming I get some strange pumping. After a while I just gave up. How would you recommend setting it?

Moen Shaky Jimi - and excellent Uni Vibe clone (and chorus) at a great price. Shimmers beautifully.

I couldn't find any pedals that inspired me. The OCD sounds great, but eh...it's just overdrive.

I did however play an Epi Joe Bonamassa LP. As soon as I picked it up it felt awesome. I think I'll just forget about pedals for now and snag one of those.

Well, if you're playing ambient rock, a delay would be good. I have an MXR Carbon Copy that I use for long delays, and a Boss DD-3 for slapback. For ambient rock, I'd reccommend the CC. It's a realy good delay, it's a do it all pedal. You can get tape echo sound, long delay, slapback, and anything else.
