Should I do it?

I wanna put a mirror pickguard on my sunburst strat with rosewood fretboard. Should I?

Hey, it's only a pickguard, if you decide it was a bad idea you can easily put the old one back on. It's YOUR guitar, do whatever YOU want. :cool:

What ever you like as stated above you can change it easily so try what you think you like.

When I've been in the audience, and someone on stage had a mirrored pickguard (or guitar), one flash of reflected light in my eye and I was no longer interested in looking at that guitar or guitarist (a mental A.H. fixed next to his name for future reference). I've never been interested in illiciting such response from my audience, so I wouldn't do it.

Nope from me too. A black pickguard is about as adventurous as I'd get on sunburst.
