I'm taking the plunge and plowing into making my first Fender, or for that matter any, guitar neck...but I'm modeling it after a Tele neck, 1 11/16" nut, maple on maple, two pc.
The one option I DO want is to have the truss rod adjustment on the head stock...not at the heel. I like a standard thin back contour and if I use a double action type truss rod...will I be able to have the 4mm allen nut adjustment in the head? Thanks...wish me luck, your help is appreciated.
