I've got schematics and layouts but no part list ,by the way my first amp build, I've built a couple of pedals and have basic electronic skills but i'm not a amp and pedal guru NICE TUBE BY THE WAY FOR MY FIRST AMP BUILD  thanks

Burninwordz....welcome...even if it is a hijack, right? LOL
IF you need a parts list for that 6G3, pull out the schematic and/or the layout. Start at the input listing every part you see there all the way through the speaker. Voila! Parts list!

thanks wally ,...even if its a hijack,LOL I didnt what to start a tread about parts list, and i found the title helpfull, about your advice i'm confused when it comes to the capacitors I don't see negative or positive? example capacitor 25/25v is it .25uf? ANDYFROMDENVER no desrespect towards you I'm just a newbi staying true to the DIY RELIGION LOL THANKS

Please no worries! If you're new here, you'll quickly notice I like lighthearted threads etc. I just don't do the bad dog cafe crowd. You can go nuts in my threads :). And welcome.
And it's 25 microfarads I believe (don't have your particular schem in front of me.
25/25s are sometimes not polarized. I use some spragues that are but I think even then you can place them either way depending on schem (though I neg to ground).

25/25s are non polarized. It's the electrolytics you need to place correctly.

Since its your thread, Andy, I'll respond to this. The 25/25 caps in that schematic are in fact electrolytics...polarized caps that are used in cathode bypass situations..... 25mfd/25V. All of the caps that have no voltage indications are non-polarized and are read as microfarad values.

Well, when I need big tones from big tubes like that one above, I need to use a big pick to get things going.
