Anyone Ever Make This Jazzmaster/Esquire Combo?

I've seen some examples of an offset body with Tele pickups/controls, but has anyone made a guitar with Tele/Esquire body, JM whammy tailpiece and bridge, and a single JM bridge pickup?

Here's mine with a Tele body & JM tailpiece. Different bridge and pickups, though.
