dog fart May 26th, 2012, 10:17 AM "Just showing off" reminded me of the old joke about the 70 year old man whose sleeping with the 19 year old super model. The preist says "You're jewish, so why are you telling me?" Old Man, "Are you kidding I'm telling everybody!"
Believe me, if that were my guitar I'd be telling everybody too. Congrats on a beautiful guitar. I would love to hear your thoughts on it after you've played it for a while.
bunny 7 May 26th, 2012, 10:17 AM Cool guitar, I've been pondering an offset style lately. Really like the way that looks in color and the rosewood fretboard. Congrats.
Nice bunny in the background too.
guz19 May 27th, 2012, 12:42 AM Here my take after 3 days---Once I opened the case, I was immediately impressed by the Teal Green. This color was inspired from a 1960’s Chevy and Chris nailed it! Then once in my hands, I was blown away how smooth the neck, body and frets felt...Bends are very smooth and in tune,no fretting here what so ever.. Though this guitar is new(not a relic), Chris has a gift of making these instruments feel as though they have been around since the sixties. Also, this guitar is very acoustical and resonant like no other; no need for a small amp when you are room playing.
As for the sound, I bought this guitar really just to cover my vintage humbucker rock tones and with that I would have been happy. However, this guitar is not a one trick pony. It gives you Les Paul roars and then Stratty sweet clean stuff. Maybe my new workhorse..
RubyRae May 27th, 2012, 04:41 PM Ya, that is awesome. Love the style and color.
Congrats.

That's a beaut!
The Olympic White "Truxton" that was in last year's fundraiser give away is one of the finest guitars I've ever seen, my life would have been complete if I'd won that.
