buzzing 5 guitars

Hi guys/gals... I live in Ma and winter was mild. I had my luthier setup all of my guitars in october. I have 2 strats and 2 les pauls and a Seagull acoustic.

All of the electrics in the last 3 weeks starting buzzing like crazy, action is so low. I remember this happening before and I think it's just a tad twist on my truss rod but I forget which direction. I want to say counter clockwise but can anyone confirm this for me.

I know that everything like pup height, saddle height, nut cut is all good. My guy went over all of that. I don't want to bother him with 5 guitars if it's just a simple truss rod adjustment. So what's the verdict? Ironically enough my acoustic that I keep in it's case with a humifier seem's to have gone the opposite direction and seem's harder to play so I'm confused.

well I gave all guitars a 1/4 inch turn counter clockwise(left) and everything was back to normal setup. The next day everything felt like nothing ever happened. Lesson learned here is I always worried about the summer humidity but I guess the dry winter heat is just as bad, weird the guitar in my bedroom didn't move a lick in it's action and it's only 2 floors up in the house.

Seasonal adjustment of the truss rod is something I have to do with most of my guitars. Your experience is the same as mine.

Especially when guitars are hooked on the wall hangers,so they are not in the cases.
