Mixing P90 and Charlie Christian pickups

I have a Lollar overwound P90 bridge pickup and a Lollar Charlie Christian neck pickup that I would like to install on a Modern Player Telecaster Thinline Deluxe. This one:

The guitar comes stock with 250K ohm pots. It seems the P90 would work better with 500K pots. Any thoughts on upgrading the volume/tone pots for the bridge P90 to 500K while leaving the CC with 250K pots? Any idea on how the output levels for the neck and bridge pickups would compare?

The guitar has 500k pots. Both pickups sound excellent and they match up very well. The mid position sounds wonderful and is what I mostly use.

I don't see a P90 sized CC on Lollar's website. Are you gong to use the CC for Tele or the HB sized one I have?

Right now I'm thinking I'll go 250K pots for CC and 500K pots for the P90. Just worried about the difference in output levels.

I would certainly go for 500k on the P90. My guess (and it's only a guess) is that the CC for Tele and the CC for HB are pretty similar in their essential specs and output. The Tele version has a touch higher resistance than mine (3.2k as opposed to 2.9k) so it should put out a little more juice, but I doubt there's much in it, and I'd guess it'd work just as well as mine with 500k pots.

Others with direct experience can comment on how it goes with 250k pots. I'd just email Lollar for their recommendation. I've found them pretty helpful in the past.
