Little Green Wonder vs Honey Bee(st)/Sweet Honey [Archive]

Hi there

I'm puttin together a new small pedalboard for live use with my band. We mainly play old school country and rock'a'billy but there's some blues and stones too so I need this board to be somewhat versatile.

What I need most is a low gain od. I do like the sound of SHOD/HBOD but the few demoes I've seen of little green wonder sound fantastic.

LGW got 5/5 in premier guitar magazine but there's not a lot to find here or elsewhere.

Do anyone use this pedal and how do it compare to SHOD? I know from the the description that it's a tube screamer for people that don't like tube screamers.

The other pedals on this board will be Diamond compressor, Xotic EP-booster and TC Flashback delay. Fuzz might be added later.

The E-Wave Ninth Sky OD is a LGW clone for about $50. It's just one of the millions of modified TS circuits out there as you said.
