Robbie Calvo's pickups

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know what kind of pickup Robbie might use in his Kelton S Tele. I've tried searching and get the impression that KS is banned from the forum but I'm not interested in that story.

Alternatively, could anyone follow this link and have a listen to Robbie's guitar and tell me which pickups might give a similar voice.

Yes, he is a good teacher. I bought a few of his courses from Truefire.

Myself. If Robbie is the instructor on a truefire course, it's pretty much a given that I'll purchase it.

Thought I'd bump this thread.

Would anyone like to comment on what type of sound these pickup are. I'm hearing a hot pickup with a mid scoop.

Would any of the more knowledgable members care to comment on how they would describe the sound of these pickups, Hot Vintage etc...
