illitch backplate noise reduction system

if i use 1 of these would it be best to use nonpotted pickups so they will be more raw ?

i guess the real question is ?

Potting affects microphonics from the coil's vibrations, not sensitivity to noise generally. You shouldn't have a problem due to potting.
