Is this Spray Gun any good?

Thinking of getting this because it seems to have a few decent reviews and sprays a flat pattern, which I prefer. Or should I go with the stuff Harbor Freight offers? Looking to spend under 60 bucks for a sprayer and another couple hundred or less for a decent compressor.

I have a similar gun to that, and it works great for small stuff, such as the outside colors of a burst. For spraying bodies, you may have to refill a few times as they don't hold much material. Overall, good little guns.

I am a fan of the Devilbiss starting line guns. I use a small touch up gun and it sprays very well. They are right around your price range.

I also just picked up a Harbor Frieght gun for 12 bucks on sale havent used it yet.

Thanks guys. I know the ones from HF need a little massaging to make them work great. Would the Campbell Hausfeld one from Wal Mart be ok out of the box? Sorry for the 20 questions...new at spray guns.

Thanks Shepherd. I watched the demo video on Harbor Freight. Those guns seem pretty decent. I think I'll drop by and pick them up. Now to get a decent compressor. Anyone got a nice used one nearby on the cheap?

Try the "gravity Feed" guns. Uses much less air, much less material needed - and you can use every last drop when needed.

This coupon at Harbor Freight is still good. Or if you get a different gun there is a 20% off coupon on the same link. And you can score a free multimeter while your at it.

These are the guns I use. I have also used the other HF guns. All work, but the "Automotive Kit" is the best by far. I'll probably buy another pair. Waiting for a good coupon. The small gun is just about perfect for bursts.
