Hey,
I got this 1970's (I think '75) MSA Sidekick pedal steel, and the knee bar doesn't lower the 4th string E to an Eb. I looked under the guitar and figured out how the mechanism worked, so I rigged up a collar with a set-screw and got the knee bar working on the string. But I can only adjust the string to lower to Eb OR to raise to F# with the C pedal. Not both. Because when I use the allen wrench to adjust the finger to get one of the two functions right, it throws the other one waaaay off. Is there a way to get around this? By adding or altering parts? I'm all for DIY-ing this.
Thanks
