Odd Tremolo Spacing

I have a strat style guitar body with 2-3/8" post spacing for tremolo. I have looked online and have not been able to find a tremolo with this post spacing so what I was wondering is if anyone know of a trem with either adjustable saddles or post spacing so I can complete this body. I am currently refinishing an old "Alvarez Electric" guitar (black metal-y Ibanez looking thing) that also appears to have this rather unorthodox post spacing.
