Bought a Keeley Custom Shop Compressor 2 Knob in Red . Around 10 months ago , so still under warranty. Plugged in tonight and found that the sustain control is not working and adjusting the amount of compression . The level knob is working fine and the blue LED is working fine. I suspect the unit has gone faulty . I am running the unit off a Dunlop DC brick power supply.
Anyone else had this experience??

Contact Keeley Electronics for a replacement or repair. Sounds like something has gone wrong inside the pedal.

It looks like both knobs are all the way down from the picture. That might be your problem.

But really, a company like Keeley should have no qualms about fixing it.
