Humbucker in neck wiring

I am wondering if this wiring diagram would work I want a Master Volume Master tone with a spin-a-split pot for the neck humbucker and a 3 way switch

Looks like it should. Looks like a typical telecaster wiring scheme. As long as the spin and split pot shorts the middle leg to ground then it should correctly coil tap the humbucker.
