Being in the same room is important for a guitar lesson. tlerch April 29th, 2012, 03:28 PM Hi Guys, Thanks for all of your nice comments. I appreciate the interest in my teaching and playing. I do give lessons via skype and I charge $65 for a hour. Skype isn't for everyone and I can understand the reluctance some may have but under the right circumstances I think it can be very helpful especially if you have specific questions and can't find a person locally who can help you. anyway, just wanted to chime in on the skype thing and clarify the price. There may be a few more Rockabilly lessons in the pipeline at Jetcitymusic.com and they have a series of Jazz lessons in the cue as well. I have a new DVD coming out on Hal Leonard soon as well as some other stuff in the works. I've been a huge fan of his YT vids, some of the most tasteful (and tasty) playing I've heard. I'd also like to thank Tim for promoting the Lollar 52 pickups--his clips led me to purchase the Lollar 52 bridge and I couldn't be more satisfied, just an incredible pickup that does it all (proving once again that you don't need an overwound pickup to ROCK). |
