Moen Violent Metal issues.

Hi all,

I picked up a Moen Violent Metal for pennies as it is currently dead. The previous owner claims he "replaced the led" and it stopped working. I soldered in a new led (jumpering to the back of the closest resistor as he had removed the solder pad) but the switch has also been apparently changed. I don't know if it's the original switch, but it has been re-soldered onto the board - and not very well. I have made sure that the residual solder between the two pads has been cleared, but the pedal still does not work in either bypass or on modes.

Has the switch been wired correctly?

Also, I don't think this has been wired for true bypass (unlike the Shaky Jimi which I took apart to compare it to) - would this be possible?
