About a month ago my amp stopped playing sounds. I opened it up and saw that the power tube had something loose in it and it was pretty much busted. The little black circle thing inside the top broke so I bought two new tubes online. I upgraded to JJ EL84 Electronic tubes instead of the SOVTEK EL84 tubes. The amp I have is a reissue amp. When I turn the amp on the tubes turn on nicely its just that there are no sound. Im starting to think its the way I plugged in the circuit board to the speaker. I forgot where the white and black cables go on the two sides to plug them in. Sorry if this is long. I just couldn't find any information on this online.

I think you need to make very sure that the speaker leads are properly connected to the right place. Do not turn amp on if you are not sure that this is right - tube amps hate disconnected speakers, it can do harm.
Suggest you google around to find images of speaker connections for your amp or maybe a similar amp owner will chime in and help.

A little late now, but always take a lot of pictures before you take something apart, so you can refer back to them when you put it back together.
Now it sounds like it it tech time for your amp. Someone who can figure out if you connected things up correctly and someone who can safely check if the broken getter shorted the tube out and took out the high voltage winding in the PT. Or any one of a number of other possibilities
