Converting modern player strat jack ? [Archive]

Hello guys,

Here it is, do someone have opinions on the possibility of converting a modern player jag to the standard jag control plate ?

My modern player Jag is awesome and I'd like to be able to forget about the volume that I shut down all the time :oops:

Shouldn't be too hard, though you'll need to put in a control plate or a pickguard to cover the big hole.
