I am looking at getting this amp. I would like to use it as monitor for my acoustic / elec at church. My plan is: guitar - tuner pedal - Zoom A2 - (then use a Y cab) sending one side to the AG15 - the other side to a DI box - to the mixing board.
What's your opinions of this amp?
Would this make for a good monitoring amp?
Thanks!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by it. You can get a pretty good acoustic tone out of this amp. A few years ago, my son-in-law decided to take up the guitar. He bought an acoustic/electric Takamine, so for Christmas that year I gave him one of these amps. I haven't played it that often (the kids live about 200 miles away), but always enjoy it when I do. I believe it would do fine for jams or even a small venue gig.
I haven't had the opportunity to gig with it, to use it as either a stage amp or a monitor. However, of the 15 reviews on the GC site, two reviewers state that they have used it as a stage monitor with good results. And I quote...
I also tried to use it as a stage monitor and it sure works.
I use this as a monitor on stage with drums, bass, and other instruments. It is just loud enough to be heard but not so loud that it pushes the stage volume.
