Hello, from Texas...

I am just a dad that happens to have two sons that are getting into music. One plays guitar (age 16) and the other drums (age 14). They both bought their own instruments but I have paid for the lessons. I have became familiar with this forum as I was searching the internet to get information on gear. I play a little guitar but nothing to write about. Anyway, I just wanted to join a forum as opposed to always reading.

My sons played a live performance at the Kennedale, TX Art In the Park festival. Just the two of them. No bass guitar, no singer. They did Led Zepz Rock and Rolla nd Moby Dick. They also played RUSH'sLimelight and Subdivisions.

I know that is not a Fender, but I think he sees the benefit of a Stratocaster and a telecaster in the guitar arsenal. He likes David Gilmour and the Pink Floyd concert "Pulse" kind of got him going in the Strat/Tele direction.
