Modservations

When some member posts contrary to the rules here I really enjoy reading the smack downs ,I mean admonishments from the mods .

I like all the moderators here even j man who I agree with 1 in 10 times.
When JM puts you in your place it is like getting pulled over by a trooper
who is young enough to be your son :mrgreen:

But my most favorite scenario involving mods is when Get Bent comes in with a wit jab to the ribs . And then Tim Armstrong (I always think s-t-r-e-a-c-h Armstrong) says something sensible like a reasonable Dad would say gentle but firm Bent is also Fatherly but the cool dad who relates then can put down the screws.

I can see TA and GB behind the one way glass ,coffee in hand , looking at the user who has just knowingly or unknowingly blundered .

"What ya think Tim ?"
"Dunno what do you think ?
"Good mod bad mod."
"Groovy"
"You still say groovy ?"
"What? is groovy not hep anymore? "
(GB face palms)
Then they high five and you end up with one of these::oops:

I am sure they have heard mods against the rockers too many times .

These comments are purely conjectures based on my personal delusions.
However, bear in mind I had love in my heart as I typed them.

Hey, that's unfair, I agree with myself at least 4-5/10. :P

So that's why I often find myself on the Mods' smack down list... I'm a greasy ROCKER!
