Intrigued by the You Tube videos. Anyone own one...what do you think of the pedal?

I just sold my trem and phaser, and now I want this thing. THANKS A LOT.

It does actually what it suppose to do. Harmonic tremolo, very pulsing, with some phasing. It did not replace tremolo on my board, because it has something more, then just a volume modulation. But it pedal very sweet, especially on middle speed settings, both on clean and overdriven sounds.
As I can hear on samples from Strymon site, it sounds pretty close to new Flint's Harmonic setting, so, I think, that I'll replace Pareidolia, Menatone Trem and TC Electronic HoF. However, I am not 100% sure, because, Pareidolia is analog.

I tried one, and it's a great quality pedal and unique trem. It's good to see someone actually trying to replicate the actual brownface phased-trem sounds rather than just using that description as marketing hyperbole.

The only thing I didn't like about it was that I just coudn't quite nail a speed setting I liked. Plus I get bored easily and love more wave shapes in my trem pedals. And I prefer optical trems.

Also, unfortunately the new version is one of the most fugly pedals I've seen. Shame they dropped their old art style and run of different colour options. The pedal's circuits are exactly the same but tone is clearly in the graphics.

Cool pedal, and a very cool pedal name.

Nice pedal indeed but they didn't "invent" anything, as the video suggests. It's a solid state version of Fender's Brownface trem and does what it's supposed to do.

it sounds like a somewhat sanitized "modeling" of the real thing; which isn't a burn per se, it at least gets in the ballpark. a friend of mine who had a brown concert amp and the fuchs crem de la trem side-by-side said the fuchs was VERY close if you had the amp's EQ set up to match the EQ of the concert.

the big, brown fender amps' natural voice was a big part of that effect. my brown band-master has a very fat, dark, slightly compressed voice.

Received the Catalinbread today (black and white swirl pattern). Played direct into a Lil Dawg Prince and was happy with and am pleased with with what i was hearing.
