Alnico Fatbody 10k

I really like the sounds of hums but i dont want to routes the body to accomodate one..

So, my question is (I got no neck pickup):

What pots? What caps? And... How to wire it?

I need a "modern vintage" sound.. a dirty distortion but not too huge or heavy!
