Played on Easter...the recording is decent, but the music!
Incidentally, it's not without a few weak spots, but worth listening to.

Hi dajaeone! Thanks for listening.
I have removed the factory bridges and saddles and replaced them with the Wilkinson bridge and compensated brass saddles. I am one who believes in that type of hardware affects the tone in a positive way. As far as pickups go, My "copperhead" has a DiMarzio Area "T" 615 in the bridge and a Di Marzio "Twang King" in the neck. The bridge pup gives you that great "vintage" twang without the hum and it is hotter than a standard vintage single coil. Lots of folks on the TDPRI have the twang king neck pup and swear by it. It is very clear sounding and not at all muddy like the original stock neck pup that came with the guitar. I'm sold on DiMarzio.
My other Tele has a "Rumpelstiltskin" (Aaron Campbell is the winder) custom wound "Black Rope" in the bridge and his "Blues Special" in the neck. This guitar has a "thicker" or "warmer" tone but still twangs and the high strings "ring" like a Tele should IMHO. The bridge gives you a Tom Petty sound and the neck sounds like a strat neck pup (really).
No offense to Fender, but I did not care for their stock pups at all. They were kind of "bland" to me. I think if you are looking for "hotter" the stock pup in your MiM is already pretty hot. It just doesn't have any tonal quality IMO.
If you want hard rock hot, there are a multitude of options. Post the question on the Pickups section of the forum and you will get more options than you can digest.

Hi agentfancy,
I get lot's of compliments on the pick guard.

You can get the pickguard here: http://www.greasygroove.com/search.php?pg=1&stext=space&scat=455&stype=exact&nobox=true

There are lot's of other choices as well, not expensive either and they are well-made.
