I would say just make an A chord shape at the 5th fret (xxx655) and play the strings in this order - 32112 (using the count 1 2 3 and 4).

To get it a bit closer, on the first note slide from the 5th fret to the 6th on the G string.

I must say thay if you're just starting out, learning some of Luther Perkins' stuff (Johnny's guitar player on that early stuff) is a great way to go. He wasn't the most technical player in the world (to put it mildly) but is one of my favourite players of all time.

There's some of us on here that have been playing guitar for more years than we might care to admit that still find a Luther riff or solo is just what is needed.

i can play the beatles and chuck berry but i suck at tabbing hahaha ! and thanks a bunch man ! thanks ! ,luther stuff is good every once and a while i love playing his riffs
