I'm trying to figure out the chords to this song; but, I think I'm just confusing myself. Can anyone lend a hand?

All right. I think I'm on to something. I put a capo on the 3rd fret. I believe the ukulele is tuned down a whole step.

What I have so far: (remember capo on the 3rd)

(0:07- 0:35) F- Fm- C- C7

(0:35-0:47) F- Fm- C- C7- E7- C7

(0:47-0:59) F- Fm- C- D7- Dm7- G- C

Then at 0:59, it shuffles back and forth between c and g for a second or two just before the bridge.
