Finished this today, it's a Studio Amp Stand out of Black Cherry for a Carr Sportsman 1x10 amp. The panels were inspired by the Carr Raleigh amp from the Curly Maple build I did a few weeks ago.

Here are the latest Atlas Amp Stands completions from this past weekend:)

The first is a basic two-tone Low Rider with blue LEDs so that the owner can find his rig when the stage lights are down. It has a Cherry base and a Walnut backrest. It'll be holding a Marshall DSL401. The LEDs run on two AAA bats and will easily last several days without needing to be changed. I put my '68 Ampeg Reverberocket II on it and now I'm wishin' it was mine:) lol

http://i1268.photobucket.com/albums/jj564/AtlasAmpStands/Pageled.jpg

The second build is a matching pair of Cherry Amp Chassis Cradles for an Amp Tech/Builder out of Canada. The front tray is for his tubes, components and building tools. I seriously hope each and every handwired guitar amp that he builds on them finds its way to a worthy owner, and once again I find myself wishin' they were mine:)

Here is the latest of the featherweight category Atlas Stands…I'm calling it the "Prism" Atlas Amp Stand. It is Walnut and Cherry with a Danish Oil finish. Total weight is 6 pounds. It was an enjoyable build. I think if I used a lighter weight wood than cherry I could get it down to 5 pounds.

Finished it... Walnut and Mahogany... The winner of last month's photo contest is getting this one. i'm finding that these "Prism" designs are not only lighter in weight, they're also super easy to handle because the holes make handles all over the place.

ok...so this one took me a month to build, but well worth it IMO.

http://www.atlas-stands.com/index.php/forum/9-atlas-stand-build-threads/859-tone-king-metropolitan-walnut-low-rider-with-guitar-stand

It is the first Atlas Low Rider to have a removable and adjustable guitar stand to fit inside the amp stand. Black walnut, 14.5 degree tilt. The Amp Stand weighs ten and the guitar stand weighs six. The knobs on the side hold the guitar stand in position and the guitar stand cradle arms slide left and right to fit any size guitar. The cradle arms also spin on a cam that adjusts their height to fit asymmetrical body shapes such as a strat.
