What kind of saddles are on this bridge? Fender must of used these around 1997 because I see these big block style saddles on this era of Strat Plus's. Is there a height adjustment on these? How are they compared to the regular rectangular saddles used in the 1990 to 2008 American Standard series? Sorry for the small picture I stole it off eBay. It does not look like these saddles have the two small hex head height adjustment screws.

IIRC that was some sort of Floyd Rose trem. I owned a Strat Plus Deluxe back in the very early 90's (very nice guitar that I traded in on an SRV sig when it came out), but it had the AS trem on it. I did try a Strat or two with that FR unit on it at some point, but don't recall much about it offhand. I dug up some info here fwiw:

I just found it too. It is a Floyd Rose. I have a Strat Plus Deluxe with the regular tremolo AS. I'd like to buy another Strat Plus but I think I'm going to look for one with the regular American Standard 2 point tremolo.
