Hey all,
I been building guitar for some time now, and wishes to expend my field of interest.
Building an tube amp seem to be quite advance task for me plus I don't really an electronic engineer....
It occurs to me that an analog effect would be a good place to start, I mean they were using effects in the 60s? no? and also it seem like a good fusion between low-tech electronics and traditional DIY project (springs/aluminum boxes...) plus you will get this old-time tone........... I got the idea from a old time reverb box uses 2 springs in Aluminum box
Now, the problem is that i don't know were to start. I looked on the web, searched e-bay but can't find a course of good information for this topic (maybe it don't exist???)
I would much appreciate if you good people would direct me to a good starting point
thank you in advance.
