Hello all,

Just a quick question concerning my technique. I have been playing a lot of barre chords, and I noticed that my left elbow is starting to hurt? Is this due to an incorrect posture on holding the guitar or not really related? I play a Strat through a fender HRD. Thanks for any information.

Suggestion: Bring your left elbow in closer to your hip and raise the headstock closer to your face.

I've seen a lot of guys carrying the guitar way too low, no doubt believing it's the cool thing to do.
