Down and Outman

Just finished my second bass. First was a fretless. This one was more adventurous with flame maple top, Sapele body, 7 pc laminated neck w/ Pau Ferro fretboard, and GFS MM Pro Pup. Plays like butta! Also has a series/parallel switch.

Thanks. The more I play it the better it's getting. I love the serial/parallel switch. series good deep bass. Parallel great slap tone.Made the neck a little thick, but it feels good. Great action all the way up the neck.
The pup sounds great with the mids cut down. Maybe it's the Yamaha B100 amp I'm using. Sounds great thru my JBL K140 though. Go GFS!
