I got a chance to try a couple HomeBrew pedals a couple days ago - I have to say they were extremely impressive sounding pedals. How are they over the long-haul - any quality issues?

Never had any problems with either. gitold March 8th, 2012, 08:00 PM Love my HBE Retro Comp. BWNadeau March 9th, 2012, 09:27 AM Glad to hear it - I may pick up a couple. SouthpawGuy March 9th, 2012, 06:09 PM Have the Three Hound chorus, it's great for Scofield tones and weird warbley stuff but very hard to dial in for a straight forward pleasant chorus sound. I found the Analogman Chorus does both the weird and the normal and is a lot easier to dial in. edipo March 9th, 2012, 06:14 PM I have the Germania (old one with just the hifi switch) and I like it a lot, but it stopped working out of the blue. telefunken March 9th, 2012, 06:17 PM I have the Power Screamer and the UFO Octave Fuzz. The PS has more balls that any TS style pedal that I have. The UFO Fuzz is a MASSIVE sounding fuzz, but does clean up with guitars volume. I've had both for about 5 years and I've had absolutely no problems. Great pedals. |
