Last time we were there, we were driving out to Ozello and damn near ran over a rattler crossing the road that was every bit of 7' if it was an inch. Never seen one that size in my life, and I'm a native of this place

Welcome....that is one HUGE snake! No joke intended.... I never thought that a rattle snake could grow that big...lt looks like it would be about 6" diameter!
I am just curious, do you mostly use the neck pickup with the tone rolled back when you are playing jazz on your Tele? I have read that the very early telecasters were wired so that the neck pickup sounded like the tone control was rolled all the way to the bass side, I always thought that was for use by the jazz players....maybe you could help enlighten me on the use of a telecaster in Jazz music.

Welcome, Wes was the Man! I actually learned how to play jazz on an 81 Bullet that looks like a Tele, got an actual jazzbox some years later. Haven't had much opportunity to try that style on the Tele yet cause I only just got my first one today!
