That sound reminds me of when I was "young" as a Berklee student, 1979, and couldn't yet afford an archtop, so I used an Ovation with a Bill Lawrence PU, for jazz. That axe is long gone, yet I miss it still. Nice rendition.

Not meant to be a downer; but have you seen or heard Tommy Emmanuel's take on this tune? I saw him do it in March 2011; just fantastic. TE is not a big snob; he'd probably like your version.
