The making of a 2 piece neck.

Sort of an afterthought but I started to document my process for building a 2 piece neck. So if your wondering what or how I do my necks this will shed some light in to my way of doing things. Hope you like it.

great videos Bill, by the way what is the radius of the trussrod channel?
i'd like to build a jig to route the trussrod but i'm not shure of the radius.

I cant seem to open my dwg files but if you print it off 1:1 scale you will be fine.
The arc does not sit even at both ends it is about 1/8" higher at the heel, I know this because when I measure my final depth at each end, the heel end is 5/8" deep and the nut end is 3/4" deep.
