Sanding Sealer question

I am building 4 pine Teles. I bought Seagrave Nitro clear and all the ColorTone liquid stains from StewMac. I would like to find a sanding sealer at Lowes or Home Depot to use over the dye and under the Seagrave clear. Any options?
