Padauk FB on this '64?

This REALLY looks like padauk to me, I've been making fretboards out of it for years. What do you guys think?

Large, long pores... padauk is a possibility

The link to the '65 J states that it is Padauk.

If you're the expert, why are you asking us? Def don't look like any rosewood I've ever seen.

The rosewood looks very red, is there a possibility its something else??

I'd bet my wallet that is Padauk. I've fallen in love with it as a fretboard material. Will be using it more and more, I think.
