One of the few CIJ Teles I've seen on US Fender Dealer walls. Not sure how that licensing worked, but it's a hell of a nice guitar. I played it in the shop, straight into a solid state modeller (Vox Valvetronix VT50) and it felt great. Always a bit gun shy about buying online because it's easy to make a solid body electric guitar sound like you want it to, much harder to make it feel the way I want it to...

My favorite tele is a CIJ 50's tele with a bigsby. I don't think it sounds much different than any other tele and I love the bigsby.

I put a bigsby on my main player and it still sounds like a tele. Maybe a bit more sustain and bottom end.
Not to mention it looks very cool and gives you some nice trem action.

I have an 80's MIJ TELE with a bigsby...it's not a 62 reissue but it's pretty phenomenal!
In fact it's my favorite guitar...
I sold off about 6 electrics after I bought it because I just never play anything else
Here are some pics
