Question Re: Using ProPik Finger-Tone Picks

For those of you who use the ProPik Finger-Tone picks, which way around do you wear them?

I've seen pictures of them worn on the fleshy part of the fingertip like this:

And I've seen pictures of them worn over the nail like this:

The latter method appears to mimic an actual nail better than the former. But, for some reason, I get the feeling they are supposed to be worn like in the first image.

So, how do you wear them?

Thanks

Thanks for the replies.

I'm glad to hear that the consensus so far is that they are worn as in the first picture.

Reason I say that is that I ordered a set of the ProPiks Finger-Tone picks and also a set of the Fred Kelly Freedom picks. Knowing that the Freedon picks are supposed to be worn on the top of the finger to emulate a nail, I wanted the Finger-Tone picks (which when I ordered I assumed were worn on the bottom of the finger) so I could compare the two techniques and see which I prefer. Had they both been worn on the top of the finger, they would not have been all that different making any comparison a bit of a moot point.

But then again, I guess nothing says I can't try the Finger-Tones on top of the finger as in the second picture and the Freedoms on the bottom of the finger to see how they feel/sound that way.

Anyway, I'm anxious to receive them to see how they work out and which picks (and which position) I prefer in the end.

Thanks again
