You teach it nice and clearly as usual, good job!

Completely unrelated to the correct way to play it, I find this song fits well in open G tuning too. So much so that I have to be careful not to "autopilot" this riff while I'm playing the intro to Brown Sugar, I've gone down that road in rehearsals enough to have to remind myself which song I'm playing during the drummers countoffs live.

Dale as always, great job! What pedal are you using for your dist. I've meant to ask when watching a couple of your other vids.

And I have to admit, there have been times when I've watched one of your lessons and said "Crap, I've been playing it wrong for 20 years!"

Again.. Good job and thanks for what you do, it's appreciated.

Dale,

All is well, hope the same for you. Your tone sounds good on your videos, nice and crisp. Enough so to spark an interest on just what you were using. Again, thanks for the reply and for sharing your set-up along with your licks the way you do.

thanks for the kind words....i run the guitar into an Xotic RC Booster with the gain where it gets just a little nasty and then into a Fulldrive 2 Pedal, a little TRex delay and then the Princeton.
