Now for something completely different...Queen of Stuff (http://soundcloud.com/e-christina-herr/queen-of-stuff-012612).

This is one reason I love this amp. The '65 BF Deluxe on the rhythm track is at 10, recorded with an SM57...No effects.

I just heard a missed note and "off" hit on the bass line. I'll fix. And I'm still having a hard time getting rid of sibilance. (No deEsser in Logic light.)

Let me know what you think.

Yeah, that amp sounds easy to love! As for the quirky tune, it reminded me of something I couldn't quite put my finger on (New Bohemians?). Couldn't find much to beef about in the mix. A little tidying up and maybe some surgical EQ on the sibilance ... you guys seem to be rolling right along!

Quirky...that's what we'll use for the elevator speech. Queen of Stuff works really well live...Now if we can just the Hoarders tv show to pick it up as a theme.

Hadn't thought of New Bohemians...several folks have said it sounds like Pixies. I'll take that.

The biggest problem with this band is we're musically all over the place. The same folks who did Queen of Stuff did Bluebirds (http://soundcloud.com/e-christina-herr/bluebirds).

Thanks for your input. It's always helpful and appreciated.
