For my part, I will complete my b-bender (home-made) on my Strat/Samick in some time and then I will get back a practice:-) with some DVD/lessons.

I have no experience with a B Bender, Iv'e never played one, But after playing this one I Love it. I think it weighs close to 10 pounds.

Love the Black I am considering getting one.. Just one small correction the middle pickup is a strat Texas Special PUP.. Anywho.. Am I correct to say that with the 5 way switch you lose the tele bridge and tele neck pickup combo.. That is what I have been told... If that's the case than I have to buy one and take it into the shop to get some wiring done so I get that combo without it you lose some twangy sounds..

I put Texas specials in my 1996 amstd b bender, and some other goodies like graphite saddles. Then the following year they added the middle pickup. I put Seymour Duncan hot for rhythm and lead pickups in a 2001 Nashville bender, they sounded Great with the Texas special strat pickup.
