Sticky

Hi, do you not think this thread should be a "Sticky" since it has several "pdf" files that are useful especially to newer members.

I think if you look around this website you'll see almost no member created Sticky threads even after 12+ years of operation. We prefer to have most (nearly all) member threads remain as normal threads.

But thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Perhaps it could be merged into the existing "sticky" post concerning pdf files.
