Can't Upload Photos -- Missing Security Token

When trying to upload photos to a post... or in the Gallery if you get an "Missing Security Token" error notice, or simply a blank page. The problem is that your photos are too large.

Digital camera's these days take very large photos for printing out or cropping. These gigantic photos will never fit on a forum webpage.

Unlike a photo sharing website, the forum is not really equipped to deal with these large photos. So you have to edit them. Also, our system is poised to stop hackers from uploading large files to our system. And large photo files can look like hacker activity to our security systems.

So, you'll need to edit your photos BEFORE you attempt to upload them.

Make them less than 1,200 pixels by 1,200 pixels and make them less than 100,000 bytes EACH. Also, don't try to upload 5 or 6 at a time. Three or less will help insure success.

There are lots of photo editors out there -- your camera no doubt came with one. Just Google Search "Photo Editing Software" or similar.

PS. This applies to the Forum, the Photo Gallery, the Classifieds and the Reviews section of the website.
