Some folks new to forums have a hard time figuring out how to start a new thread. So, here's a mini tutorial:
Go the Forum you want to post in -- this would be the forum that fits your subject matter. And click the http://cdn.tdpri.com/forum/images/buttons/newthread.gif button on the upper left hand side of the forum's Thread Index.
Here's exactly what to look for:

Posting Replies to Existing Threads:
When you want to reply within an existing thread you'll find the http://cdn.tdpri.com/forum/images/buttons/reply.gif button in the same location, as well.
HINT: Most forum websites you visit anywhere on the internet will use this same location, too. The "button" may look different but you'll usually find it in the same location.
