And I love it! Although I don't know what country its from. Here's a pic of my pet great white about to eat it. Model # is WD27SCE
Any advice from you acoustic players? I've pretty much only played electric up to this point and I'd say I'm an intermediate player.

seems me and you are the only ones on here who have this guitar. i always recommend it in all the cheap acoustic threads. mine has been the best bang for the buck guitar i've played. they should be charging way more than what they do for the wd10sce imho!!sorry to hijack the thread, but it's my long winded way of saying that i love my washburn. happy ngd!!

I have had the D-97 since 1997 and no complaints.
You'll know what to do! Play it like it's yours!

I'm a Washburn fan- I have a 1990 D-28 S/N that I bought used in 2007- A wonderful guitar great sounding player and "looker" too! (looks like a "herringbone" D-28, but with the the 3-piece back of a D-35, laminated rosewood...) I got mine used for $99! The Bridge had come up, so I took it to guitar tech to fix it and do a setup ($125) and if I ever get a pickup put in the damn thing, I can start gigging with this one!
